Privacy policy

At Radial CX (operated by Whitespace Software SAS, Medellín, Colombia) we treat the customer's voice with the same care we'd expect for our own. This policy describes what data we collect, what we use it for, and the rights you have over it.

We comply with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 on Personal Data Protection. For customers with European operations, our architecture is designed to facilitate GDPR compliance (data residency, right of access, right to be forgotten, portability).

Your customers' data is yours. We don't use it to train external models. We don't sell it. We apply PII masking by default before storage.
